In the fourth episode, Brian speaks to Arundhati Ghosh who is the Executive Director of the India Foundation for the Arts based in Bangalore. With a corporate background and qualifications in economics and management Arundhati Ghosh is also an accomplished dancer and poet with a driving passion for the arts and culture. She joined the India Foundation for the Arts in 2000 as its first fundraiser and was appointed Executive Director in 2013. In 2010, she received a Global Fundraiser Award and in the same year, the IFA was awarded the India NGO of the Year award. In this interview, Arundhati speaks about her own background an dthe work of the IFA, but she also offers a valuable insight into cultural diplomacy, arts funding and the politics of culture from her perspective. This interview was recorded at the World Summit on Arts & Culture in Valletta, Malta with the generous assistance of IFACCA and Arts Council Malta.
