Now there are millions hundreds of consultants over this world who will gladly build you something that will work for the next six months and be more than happy to come back in another six months and help you again but if you want to really want to grow and you want to grow quickly, you don't want to keep going back to the well !

You have to plan 03:36 and build things at scale for the next three years and that doesn't mean you have to build it right now, but you have to build something that you can 03:47 iterate on and that foundation will 03:49 be there for you for the next three years !
