In March of 1998 Amy Lynn Bradley and her family set off on what was to be the trip of a lifetime, a full week-long cruise around the Caribbean. But little did they know their dream vacation would turn into a nightmare when Amy went missing from their stateroom in the early morning hours of March 24, 1998. Over 24 years have passed and clues of her fate are few and far between, but there have been credible sightings to suggest that Amy is alive and might be a victim of human trafficking. . The FBI is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to the recovery of Amy Lynn Bradley and information that leads to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the person(s) responsible for her disappearance. . Bradley has the following tattoos: a Tasmanian Devil spinning a basketball on her shoulder; the sun on her lower back; a Chinese symbol on her right ankle; and a Gecko lizard on her navel. She also has a navel ring. . Always Talking Crime - 31- Fan Man-Yee -”Hello Kitty Murder”
play

08/28/22 • 45 min

The Hello Kitty Murder Case is that of a nightclub hostess named Fan Man-Yee who was kidnapped and tortured brutally in an apartment in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong in the year 1999 resulting in her death. Three men kidnapped Fan Man-Yee on March 17, 1999, and tortured her for about a month resulting in her death. Later they cut off her head and placed her skull inside a Hello Kitty mermaid doll, because of which this case was called as Hello Kitty Murder Case. The unwrapping of the Hello Kitty case actually started when a 14-year-old girl reached the Hong Kong police station in May 1999. The distressed girl who wasn’t accompanied by any guardian informed the police that she was being tormented by the ghost of a woman. The police did not believe when she said that the spirit of a young woman who had blood marks all over her body has been haunting her for the past several weeks. However, when she further revealed that the ghost was that of a woman she’d had a hand in the killing, the police were horrified and understood the actual reason for the girl’s visit to the police station. On Friday, October 12th, 2012, a young woman named Shayna Hubers made a call to 911. She explained to the emergency dispatcher that she had killed her boyfriend, Ryan Poston, but that it had been in self-defense. When the police investigated the crime scene, they quickly realized that Shayna’s version of events did not align with any sense of reality. Episode 33 will be taken from the Patreon vault this week!! It didn’t take long after Lizzie Borden was accused of murdering her father and stepmother for the public to start obsessing over the case. Newspaper coverage began immediately after that hot August day in 1892, and centered on the fact that a prim, proper, churchgoing woman in Fall River, Massachusetts, may have brutally killed two members of her family with a hatchet. Lizzie’s acquittal in June 1893 only stoked the interest – and that interest never died down. #truecrime #truecrimepodcast #patreon #truecrimeobsessed #infamous #lizzieborden #truecrimeaddict #crimejunkie

In late November of 2016, Joel Guy Sr and his wife Lisa were preparing for a Thanksgiving family feast, like pretty much the rest of the American population. The couple lived in Knoxville, Tennessee, and were really excited and grateful to have their four adult children and their families over to their home for the holiday. Their joy that holiday weekend would soon turn into tragedy however, when their son Joel Michael stabbed them both to death. The crime scene that was left behind was a truly graphic one, trigger warning for extreme brutality. Two new episodes on a Tuesday! In Episodes 71+72, we are going to cover the incident that happened on February 12, 2010 at the University of Alabama in Huntsville It was on that day that 13 members of the Biology Department gathered around a table for their routine faculty meeting. And for the next hour, they discussed plans for the upcoming semester. One of the members in attendance was Dr. Amy Bishop, who had just been told that she would no longer be a professor at the university after that current semester ended. Throughout the meeting, the doctor, who usually had a lot to say, sat there quietly, fidgeting with a large bag that was on her lap. Just when the meeting ended, Dr. Amy Bishop pulled a gun out of her bag and began shooting at her co-workers one by one. Dr. Amy Bishop was a Harvard graduate. But she was also a writer, a researcher, as well as a wife and mother. On paper, she was considered to be one of the most respected members of society. But underneath that facade, Dr. Amy Bishop was an extremely disturbed woman with a very dark and violent past. And it just so happens that the shooting at the University of Alabama was not her first encounter with murder.
