Living Holistically

Hey, lovelies! Living holistically is not intended to be trendy. Living holistically is making conscious choices in regards to our lifestyle. To me, moderation is everything when it comes to living holistically. I never want to feel restricted, but I also don't want to be tipping the scales when it comes to my mental or physical health. For this weeks episode, I paint the picture of holistic living. If you have listened to previous episodes, then you should have a decent foundation of what it means to live a balanced lifestyle.
