Today I'd like to share a bit of a traumatic experience with you that happened to me recently, and the way I handle uncomfortable situations and conflicts. This is a mindful and spiritual approach that works for me, so I hope it helps deal with challenges better.
Key being - not reacting from your EGO, becoming the observer of your experience and approaching it in a detached manner, after processing the emotions that arise.
