It is normal to experience periods of sadness in your life, it is a normal emotion; however, depression can cause severe symptoms that affect how you feel, think, and handle daily activities, such as sleeping, eating, or working. We want to normalize asking for help, recognizing early warning signs of depression, where to seek help and how to cope if you are experiencing depression. Depression can truly be debilitating and cause you to miss out on so much of life and we our goal is to ensure you get the help you need.

On this episode it is our goal to normalize that experiencing anxiety is a normal part of life; however we want you to know the difference from normal anxious feelings as opposed to experiencing an anxiety disorder causing frequent intense, excessive, and persistent worry and fear about everyday situations.
