This time in space is unique. It is forever going to live in the history books. With the events that are swirling around, there are a lot of emotions that are attached to them.

Some of us have...

gotten sick.
lost loved ones.
feel immensely triggered.
lost our jobs.
not been able to pay our bills.
lost our small business.
become full time homeschooling parents whilst working.

Wherever you are, you're likely experiencing a lot.

There's a collective grief, suffering and trauma that is being shared by all.
