In episode 18 we talk to the man now known as the ‘First Man of NZ’, Clark Gayford. Clark has from the very beginning lived a full life and still does with his hit TV show Fish of the Day. From humble beginnings on a remote Gisborne farm, Clark spent his childhood fishing, moved to Palmerston North Boy’s High then Otago University before his passion for television and media brought on a move to Christchurch. He is a man who has seen a few sights and taken the learnings in the process.
