Here's a set of questions from June 2024: Part 1 Do you like cakes or any other desserts? Do you know how to bake a cake? Why do some people not like eating sweet food? Are there any traditional desserts in your country? Part 2 Describe a film character played by your favorite actor. You should say: Who this actor is When you saw the film What the character was like in this film And explain why you admire this actor. Part 3 Do you think being an actor is a good job? What can children learn from acting? Why do children love dressing up in costumes? What are the differences between acting in a theatre and in a film? --- Every Saturday, my goal is to record ideal, band-9-level responses to a brand new, full IELTS speaking test so that you can have a good idea of what to say in response to these questions. Regardless of whether you're aiming for a 6.5 or a 9, these videos will be helpful for you. Please keep in mind that some of these responses will be much longer than the amount of time for which you'd need to speak, but I'm doing this so that you have an idea of all the kinds of things you can say and HOW to say them in your test.
