Mein Name ist Jan Pieper. Ich bin Online Coach & Personal Trainer. Das bedeutet, ich besitze das Privileg, verschiedenste Menschen betreut und an ihr Ziel gebracht zu haben. Deswegen ist mir bewusst, was in der Praxis wirklich funktioniert und was nur klassische "Fitness-Mythen" sind.
