Welcome to "The Touched Out Podcast," where your host, Carter, explores the journey of parenthood from expecting parent to veteran parent. Each episode features a new guest who shares their experiences, struggles, and victories as they navigate the ups and downs of parenting.
The podcast is an open and judgement-free space where I have honest conversations about the challenges of being a parent. I believe that parenthood is a journey that never truly ends, and that mental health is a vital aspect of that journey. The phrase "Touched Out" reflects the feeling of overwhelm that many parents experience when their children constantly demand their attention. My Guests come from all walks of life and share a variety of perspectives on parenthood.
