BIO: Dra. Lucía F. Salas, General Practitioner, by the University of Monterrey (UDEM) Summa Cum Laude; major on geriatrics and gerontology, and a minor area of studies in the rule of law. She is currently working in clinical research at STAAMP Allergy Research in San Antonio. Also, performs remote medical consultations and advice to her patients in Mexico.

BIO: Maryangel García-Ramos Guadiana is a Mexican woman with a motor skill disability. Founder of “Mujeres Mexicanas con Discapacidad”, activist, lecturer, consultant and defender of human rights, diversity, equality and inclusion. She currently directs the National Diversity & Inclusion Office at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
